Cleveland hall K's 0 Cleveland hall Jets 3

Great start today boys in our first game of the season. Full credit goes to our opponants the K's who made their league debut's. 

Well done Chad in your managerial debut! With only 8 of our 10 players available.

Our goals were scored by Jay Parker(2) and Dan Coulson. Well done you two. 

On a whole looking back i thought Tyler was great in his first game for us and i am so pleased that as a team you made him feel welcome. Win lose or draw boys. This season stay together and be strong as a team. Your attitudes will take you further than you think!!!!!

Oh, i forgot to mention Jay our centre forward who scored two goals. Went in goal for the second half and kept a clean sheet. well done little man.

Alfie got man of the match, for his all round performance and tackles. Never giving up attitude. Not my choice i may add but as a dad i will go along with the decision.

Well done to Morgan for keeping a clean sheet in the first half in goal and as a defender in the second half. Archie, for his bag of tricks as usual. Owen for those much needed tackles when needed and forward runs. Alex for his midfield qualities. Dan for effort, tireless running and great goal. Tyler for his leadership as captain.

Next week we have Rutherford swifts at 10.05. Please be there for 9.45 so chad can pick his team early!!!!

Cleveland Hall Jets 5 Newbiggin Hall 0

Well where do i start from todays performance. Hold on here we go!

Our scorers today were Owen, Archie, Morgan, Jay and James.

Owen followed up and blasted a shot into the top corner after alfie turned his man and saw his shot by the keeper. The move was started by archie with a great ball down the line.

Jay took the ball into the area and layed it off to Archie Who struck a first time shot past the keeper before he could set himself.

Morgan picked the ball up in our half and took it down the right wing and hit a thunderbolt of a shot into the roof of the net, I guess he dedicated the goal to his baby sister!!!( congradulations Chad, Gemma and Morgan).

Jay proved today again his finishing is as good as his goalkeeping. What a finish from a tight angle on the half volley.

Our First goal was scored by James with a sweet finish, Some great build up play saw him time his shot to perfection and bury it into the net. Well done for going in goal and helping keep a clean sheet.

Our other keeper was Noah who was great. Two good clearances out of your area quickly stopped advaances from our opponents. Then when he filled in outfiield for the second half done just as Well.

Alfie as usual, your running and commitment was spot on. Keep it up.

Alex, some very important tackles from you today and one in perticular stood out when you shadowed your opponent and timed a perfect block tackle to deny a goal scoring opportunity.

Dan your effort today was outstanding. Your never give up attitude is a gift. keep a hold of it and you won't go far wrong.

Tyler you would think you had played in the team for the last year, Not the two weeks to date so far. Brilliant tackling and solid as ever when needed. You were awarded man of the match by our opponents , very well done young man.

Our opponents today never gave up all game and i am sure they will come good. We were beaten 2-1 off the same team last year.

Well done all of you and keep listening to Chad, you have come along way in as short time.

Rutherford 2 Cleveland hall Jets 3

I was down the Country today, so here is the match report from Chad.

Despite conceding first we won all 3 points again with a stirring come back.

Our goals were scored by our little magician Archie with his First hatrick of the season.

Noah took one in the face which resulted with a nose bleed, But he rolled up his sleeves and got on with it. Well done you!

Alex and Tyler done well in both goal and out field positions with some great saves and tackles.

Alfie, Owen, Morgan and James never gave our oppenents time to settle and pressed them at all times.

Dan was his usual self, full of running and unlucky not to be awarded a penalty.

Jay also had a great game, running his socks off for the cause.

Archie got man of the match today for his Well taken goals. Well done little man.

All in all it sounds like i have missed a great game.

Cleveland hall h's 2 v cleveland hall Jets 1

This was our first game of the day. The only player missing was James, Who is a bit poorly still. Get well soon from the whole team.

Morgan was in goal in the first half and Alfie in goal the second.

Looking back even though we got beat. This game was the best i have seen you play. We went 2 goals down late in the first half and that is how it stayed till half time. The second half saw both teams have loads of chances and Owen smashed a goal back with about 8 minutes remaining to make the score 2-1.

From then on we ran our socks off and could of scored another 3 or 4 but for the efforts of Luke in our opponents goal. he had a blinder.

Well done the whole team, Tylor got man of the match for some great defending through out.

Cleveland hall Jets 1 Wreckenton Nou Camp 1

In our second game of the day. Archie was in goal in the first half and Dan in the second. well done to the pair of you.

I honestly think we would of won this game if we had not played a game earlier this morning. Heavy legs and rosy cheeks were there to see for everyone at the full time whistle.

You have all improved as individuals and as a team, and credit to your selves for not letting your heads go down after Wreckinton got the equaliser. 

A big well done from me goes to you all for your efforts today and the way that you are all listening to Chad.

Our opponents today beat us 5-1 in a tournament in the summer. so it shows how much that you are improving. They were a good team today and i think two of their players sleep in green houses as they were a foot bigger than most of our team!

Alfie scored in off the post with his left foot from a great down field pass from Tyler.

Alfie also got man of the match but Morgan, Tyler and Dan can feel a little disapointed for not being picked in this game. They also had very good games.

On to next week boys when we play Wreckenton Nou camp blues at 9.30.

Chad will see you on Wednesday about the meeting time.

Wreckenton Nou camp blues 0 Cleveland hal Jet 13

Sorry first of all for this being a very quick report. I was away during the game and Chad has passed me the  match information.

Well done to all of you. This time last year we had a couple of heavy defeats like you gave out today.

Good luck to Wreckenton for the future and i hope their results pick up soon.

Our goal scorers were Archie with 4, Dan got 3 and Owen 3 as well. Alfie got 2 and Jay 1.

As a team we have never had two hatricks in one game, So to score 3 in a game is probably some thing we wont ever do again.

Chad told me that as a team all of you were really good and the passing was great. Well done again.

Dan got man of the match for his supurb performance.

Cleveland hall 4 Blackfyne 1

Well done boys on another good win. I can see a pattern emerging here. When i am away we win!!!

Our goals came from Dan who scored two and Alfie and Jay. Well done you three!

I also heard that Morgan, Tyler and Owen were superb at the back again. Well done you three also.

Dan got man of the match again for a five star performance. Keep the good work going little man.

Gateshead 3 Cleveland hall Jets 1

We gave all we could today but Gatesgead had just a little too much for us.

The score was 1-0 at half time and i thought we could easily get back in to it.

Archie scored with a right foot volley from a inch perfect corner from Alfie. Well done you two.

But Gateshead finished the game stronger and scored two more goals to ensure their win.

There was plenty of effort shown by all today, But as i said above it  was not to be our day.

So we will roll our sleeves up and start again next week.

Owen was captain today and also got Man of the match. Well done for a great display.
